A parodic advert is something that makes fun of either a Tv programme, film or advert that have already been made they are designed to make people laugh and they also relate to that already used icon which if that was a successful one helps to make the new parodic one also successfull. It is important that are adverts make people laugh because then it makes people want to share it with others which gets the word around making it more popular.
An example of a parody ad is shown below:
this is an advert for Tango and is a parody of "balls" it shows the ingredients of tango bouncing round streets and down stairs all to get to someone that is about to drink some Tango.
