Dramatic adverts are all about keeping the viewer waiting in suspense, as they dont know what is going to happen next this is also sometimes done by eith over acting or exaggerating about the particular product that is being advertised.
An example of a dramtic advert is the Lynx attract advert
This is advertising lynx for him and her, it is dramatic because there is a point where the woman chases the man as it leaves the audience waiting to see what is going to happen and wether or not she will catch him until right at then end when it all turns round and she wasnt chasing him because he stole something she was chasing him because he had lynx on.
